Links traditional Hatha postures into a sequence of movements that flow naturally from one to the next. This class will explore variations of sun salutations, standing and seated poses along with body balancing and inversions. We will also spend time working on postures which can be more challenging to master. Poses are held for shorter time than in Hatha Yoga but for longer time than in a Vinyasa Class.

Physical yoga postures or asanas is the foundation of most yoga practices. Our public classes is therefore focused mostly on asana. Different styles of yoga are offered at this level to meet the different demands and preferences of the student.
