How to Cure Your Acne Naturally?

Acne is a problem faced by many people around the world. Many of them resort to medicines for acne treatment, but there are other natural techniques which have proved to be just as effective, and maybe even more. Using natural  remedies also tends to avoid unwelcome side effects.

Those natural remedies are a few ingredients of the natural spa creams & lotions used in various facial techniques.

Here are a few simple acne solutions that could help you cleanse your skin of impurities:

Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is a great treatment for severe acne. It acts as a natural toner that can remove dirt and oil from your face. It can also be used for removing dead skin cells to unveil the fresh and glowing skin underneath.

While lemon juice is a very good acne solution, it should not be applied to the skin for a very long time and should not be used frequently.

Brown Sugar

Brown sugar is a very effective and a quick acne treatment. It should be used carefully in a prescribed manner for results to show. It removes dirt and dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and leaves the skin soft and smooth.

Brown sugar is used for acne treatment two or three times a month only. An overdose can have negative effects which is why this treatment should only be taken from a reliable spa.

Honey

Honey, a natural antibacterial and makes a great exfoliant. It also promotes new tissue growth. It is of course heavily used in the production of several beauty products due to its numerous advantages. Honey can be used in facial mask applications to add glow to the skin. It is also used to remove pimples from the skin...

Toothpaste

Toothpaste contains minerals and vitamins that are good for your health. They can show positive results if applied over pimples or pores in a proper fashion.

Egg White

Egg whites give the skin a fresh look and removes excess oil from the skin which is one of the main reasons for acne.

Egg Yolk

Egg yolk is rich in Vitamin A and other nutrients that are very good for your skin. Retin-A, found in it, is used in the production of several beauty products due to its advantages. Vitamins found in egg yolk clean the skin by stopping pores from getting clogged and bacteria causing damage.

Garlic

Garlic juice can be applied on the skin due to its natural properties. However, it should be used carefully as if it is applied for too long, it may cause rashes and other issues.

Mint

Mint is rich in menthol which has anti-inflammatory properties. Mint has no side effects and it helps do away with the red that plagues your skin due to acne.

In regards to the toothpaste option I always heart that it is not good for your skin as it dries out your skin too quickly.

Try this one, very effective with my perosnal experience.

Apply some apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is a powerhouse when it comes to acting as an acne remedy. Why? It kills off the bacteria that may be causing all the trouble in the first place. It also becomes alkaline, and balances the pH of your skin, which in turn makes it harder for bacteria to thrive. To top it off it’s an astringent, like lemon juice, and will help dry up excess oil. Keeping that in mind, don’t overdo and dry out your skin too much. This could cause the sebaceous glands overproduce to compensate, therefore triggering an outbreak.

You will need…
-Pure unfiltered apple cider vinegar
-Fresh water
