Tips to Have Better Skin

     The skin tells it all. In fact the skin actually indicates how good you feel. Here are a few tips that can boost your skin’s complexion.

     1.  Prefer Green tea:

      This tea’s anti-inflammatory properties can have a soothing impact if you have a      red skin complexion.Another advantage of consuming green tea is that it prevents the   destruction of EGCH which is responsible for wrinkles and other signs of aging. It is also beneficial against DNA mutation caused due to the UV radiation.

     2.   Stay stress free

      An increase in the stress level can cause the body to produce excess of hormones like cortisol that not only make the skin oilier but also deteriorate its ability to tackle acne-causing microbes. To keep stress in check you can practice stress management exercises like yoga and deep breathing. Meditative techniques are also beneficial in beating stress.

     3.   Avoid direct sun exposure:

        Avoid being exposed to direct sun light as UV rays can have detrimental impacts        on the skin. However, it really isn’t possible to stay indoors all the time.Exposure to     UV rays for a prolonged period of time can cause wrinkling, brown spots and even          skin cancer in a few cases. Make sure that you apply a moisturizer with SPF to              prevent skin damage.

      4.   Sleep well: 

 Your skin’s repair mechanism is functional when you’re asleep. Being sleep- deprived will put additional stress on the body, causing it to    release hormones such as adrenalin and cortisol, which are reasons to  innumerable skin problems. Getting a minimum of seven to eight hours  of sound sleep the eternal secret to healthy skin.

      5.  Cleanse your skin properly:

     Unless you have oily skin, cleansing once a day with a creamy agent and lukewarm    water is enough. Abstain from using scrubbing materials that may even cause              permanent damage to the skin. In addition, prefer herbal cleansing substances to        chemical ones.

   Want to have a better complexion and healthier skin? Follow the aforementioned tips   and experience the change in your skin within a few weeks. Besides you also need to   eat healthy to keep skin ailments at bay.

Apply sunscreen everyday. Make sure you're using the right products for your skin. Exfoliate. Don't neglect your neck! Purify your water. Watch your dairy, coffee, and alcohol intake. Supplement your skincare. Do the double cleanse.
